Vesta
Vesta is a visually intricate and densely tactile scarf that boasts ingeniously reversible cabled motifs. One side features stretches of braided globe cables, precisely directed to form geometric impressions akin to gemstones nestled in latticework frames. The other side features a similar arrangement, but with optional instructions for incorporating clusters of bobbles in the globes. Garter stitch and incorporated I-cord selvedges ensure clean and minimal edges, keeping attention on expert stitchwork meant to have its own place among the stars — or on your shoulders!
This scarf is worked flat from end to end. The cable pattern is reversible; its appearance is different on each side, but both are equally attractive. The motif is worked from charts only. One chart is provided for Side A and another chart for Side B; alternate between the charts as you work each side.
