The front & back pieces of the crochet dress were made separately from bottom-up, then seamed together. A spiral fan edging decorate the hem & armholes, and the neck opening was edged in crab stitch. It was made with about 2” of negative ease throughout & fits snuggly. If you have wide shoulders, it is recommended to sew in a side zipper & you certainly can make this dress with no ease for a relaxed fit as well.

This written pattern assumes that you know the basics of crocheting. It is a condensed pattern for you to modify according to your measurements & design preferences, using your gauge.

Difficulty Level: Advanced Beginner.

Sample size XS shown stretches to fit 32” chests, 26” waists, & 36” hips.

The finished object in size XS weighed about 525 g. One skein of MC (see below) & 3 skeins of CC were used to make size XS. Please estimate how much yarn is needed for your size accordingly. When in doubt, always get an extra skein.
