ABOUT THE PATTERN
#VOLANTBAG is worked from the bottom up in single crochet, while ruffles of tulle are crocheted into the work. First, the base is worked in the round with increases along the sides to shape the bottom, followed by the body of the bag, which is worked in the round to the specified measurements. Finally, the handles are crocheted.

TECHNIQUES
CHAIN (CH): Yarn over and pull through the loop on the hook.

SLIP STITCH (SL ST): Insert the hook into the stitch. Yarn over and pull through botht he stitvh and the loop on the hook

SINGLE CROCHET (SC): Insert the hook into the stitch and pull up a loop. Yarn over once more, then pull through both loops on the hook.
