Voyage Pullover is a colorful stashbusting sweater designed to turn scraps, minis, and single skeins into a cohesive finished garment. Approachable colorwork motifs and short floats keep the knitting relaxed while every round creates a new color moment.

Designed as a companion to our fingering weight Voyage Cardigan, this DK weight version keeps the same creative spirit in a warmer, cozier fabric. The seamless construction lets you focus on color choices and enjoy the process as the sweater takes shape.

Design Details

The repeating motifs are easy to memorize and the floats stay short and manageable. The fabric grows quickly at this gauge, and every sweater looks different depending on your palette.

Voyage Pullover is built for flexibility. Combine two strands of fingering for one color, use DK for another, or mix in sport or worsted held single as long as you swatch and meet gauge.

Construction Overview

Voyage Pullover begins with a ribbed collar followed by German short rows to shape the neckline. The yoke is worked in the round to the sleeve split.

Sleeve stitches are set aside while the body continues to the desired length and finishes with a ribbed hem. Sleeves are then picked up and worked in the round for adjustable sleeve length.

Yarn Notes

Voyage is designed specifically for stash knitting. We recommend weighing your yarns and using every last gram. Leftover skeins, partial balls, and minis all work beautifully together.

As long as you meet gauge you can mix fibers, brands, and yarn weights. Fingering held double, DK yarn, and other stash favorites can all be used within the same sweater.

Voyage Pullover is designed for 4–8” of positive ease.

To choose your size:

1. Measure your full bust
2. Add 4–8”
3. Choose the finished measurement closest to that number

If your bust is 38”, you may choose
42” for 4” of ease
46” for 8” of ease
