Vulkan
Vulkan features a garter stitch body and an Estonian leaf lace border finished with a delicate lacy edging. The shawl is worked on the bias to create a bit more visual interest.
Originally designed for Biscotte Yarns, this pattern calls for 3 skeins of Biscotte’s Bling.
The pattern is available in English and French. It has been tech edited. The lace motif is both charted and written out.
Vulkan is named for the Vulkan Ironworks that were founded in 1873 on the Aker River in Oslo, Norway.
