The versatile Wagon Wheel Shoulder Shrug is an easy repeating pattern to create this beautiful wrap that fits snuggly over your shoulders to add a stunning finishing touch to your outfit.

But it’s not just a shoulder shrug!

This design is so versatile and can be styled in several different ways. Since it’s wide enough to fit around your shoulders, it’s big enough to double up and use as a light but beautifully warn snood or a hooded scarf. Or use as a loose scarf to hang around your neck.

Included in the pattern are the instructions to make the wrap longer or shorter depending on your preferences.

I used 300m of Woolcot 3ply yarn from Yarn Shop By Stay Alive to create my Wagon Wheel Shoulder Shrug which is a beautiful mix of merino and cotton which gives the durability of cotton and the warmth of merino.
But any 3 ply yarn would work to create this pattern.

You Will Need:

• 3.5mm hook
• 300m 3ply yarn - I used Coffee Woolcot from Yarn Shop By Stay Alive
• Needle for weaving in ends
• Scissors

Pattern Notes

Gauge = 3 repeats in 10cm, 12 rows in 10cm
Final measurements = 38 x 11inches / 95 x 27.5cm

You want to ensure your Shrug is the same length as around your shoulders.

To increase or decrease the size of the Shrug, add / remove 3 rows for every inch you wish to increase or decrease the size.
