A cozy colorwork mitten pattern with a repeating heart motif. Originally created for my mom. Knits up fairly quickly; there are not many long floats or complicated stitches.

Skills required:

• stranded colorwork in the round
• increasing (m1L/m1R) and decreasing (ssk/k2tog)
• kitchener

Materials needed:

• 50g each of two contrasting DK weight yarns, either two solid or one solid and one variegated/gradient
• waste yarn
• yarn needle

Gauge given comfortably fits a hand about 7.5” around at the palm. If your hand is larger or smaller, adjust yarn and/or needle size accordingly.
