The Pacific ocean dances along the shore to a special kind of music. Sometimes crashing, sometimes gently rolling, the waves that give surfers a thrill and tickle our toes are full of life.

At the crest of each wave, white foam explodes with an energetic rush, in glorious contrast to the tranquil body of blue and green water beneath.

Just like the foam capping Pacific waves, the slipped-stitch pattern of Wavecrest creates a gorgeous feature.

Worked from the top with two colours and simple techniques, Wavecrest is a breeze to knit.

She uses just one colour at a time and her sweet bobbles are worked entirely from the right side so they’re quick and easy to make.

The relaxed fit of Wavecrest is comfortable to wear and her scooped colourwork is flattering.

Clearly written instructions make Wavecrest a great project for adventurous beginners.
