This simple pattern highlights a beautiful tonal yarn and is fun and easy to wear. It lays happily around one’s neck and can be doubled up for warmth and coziness. My husband even enjoys it doubled.

It is named for the street on the north side of Wrigley Field where long home runs land….although much less often now that there are big video screens! This is the year the Cubs one the world series after 108 years. I worked on this cowl as I nervously watched the world series.

The size is flexible based on your gauge and the number of stitches you choose to cast on. Mine measures 43” in circumference and 9” wide after a little soak and a very light blocking.

The pattern includes both written instructions and charts.

The update of this pattern eliminates using a smaller needle size for the ribbed borders.
