About the Pattern
This is an intermediate drop shoulder cardigan, worked top down, knit in a wavy cable pattern. There is no seaming needed (yay!). The back yoke is shaped using increases, the shoulders are picked up to make the front yoke. The back yoke and front yoke are then joined to work the body back and forth. Sleeve stitches are picked up at the arm holes and knit in the round. This pattern includes the option for a polo collar or folded collar.
This pattern includes approximately 10 cm / 4.0 inches of positive ease in the circumference of the garment to create an oversized fit. For a less oversized fit, consider using finer yarn or knit a smaller size.
For reference, my bust measures 82 cm, I am 5’5 and wearing a size M with a polo collar in the pictures at the end of the pattern.
