WAVES is a lovely T-shirt knitted from silk mohair, featuring a beautiful wavy cable pattern on its surface. The shirt has slightly dropped shoulders and a cropped hem, which you can, of course, knit longer if you prefer.

Waves is knitted seamlessly from the top down and adorned with simple cables throughout. The back piece is worked flat down to the armholes. Then the stitches for the front pieces are picked up from the shoulders. The neckline is shaped with increases, and then the front pieces are joined onto the same needles.

Once the front and back pieces are long enough, they are joined together, and the work continues in the round down to the hem, which is finished with a ribbed edge. Stitches are picked up for the sleeves, which are knitted in the round from the top down. The neckline is finished with an I-cord edge.
