Wheat Lace Pattern Wrist Warmers, Fingerless Gloves, or Texting Gloves

**

I made these wrist warmers with an easy wheat lace pattern. It includes yarn overs and simple decreases, so It’s great for a first lace pattern.

I’ve worked this pattern using two circular needles as I find this method easier for myself, but if you are used to working with double pointed needles, the construction is fairly simple.
They will fit more snug with hands larger than a 9 inch circumference around the palm, and more loose with a hand circumference of 7 inches or less.
These are more of a 3/4 length as they don’t fit right up to the elbow, but more in the middle of your forearm.

Materials needed are:

2 sets of circular 5.0 mm needles (or one set of 4 double pointed needles)
About 150 yards or worsted weight yarn.
Extra set of circular needles to hold stitches or a stitch holder.
