Wheat Stitch™ Easter Egg
A free version is also available.
✿ One egg is never enough. Consider yourself warned.
Squishy, satisfying and packed with Wheat Stitch™ texture, these Easter eggs are quick to make and impossible to stop at one. Fill a basket, a bowl or a whole spring centerpiece.
Make them in solids or stripes, and in any yarn weight you love, from fingering to bulky.

✨ What makes it work
- Top down. Start at the tip and grow wider with simple increase rounds.
- Bold texture. Puff rounds pop in once you hit the widest point.
- Classic egg shape. Decrease rounds taper it back in at the bottom.
- Stuff as you go. Then close it up neatly and you’re done.
- You’re not on your own. Video tutorial and written pattern included.
