The Where’s the Owl? hat pattern is the third and final hat in my Campfire series. The Campfire series is a collection of cabled hats knitted with bulky weight yarn for maximum warmth for those cold nights out by the campfire. This hat is designed to a fit a toddler/child (head circumference of approximately 20”).

This pattern is written following the steps I used to make my sample hat. This pattern has not been tech edited nor test knitted by anyone else. Please let me know if you find any errors and I will correct them as soon as possible.

For my hat, I used two skeins of Malabrigo Yarn Chunky (colors Verdes and Uva). If I had just done it in one color, I would have been able to complete this hat with a single skein, including the pompom.

Model is 1 year old. It is a little big on her, but she will soon grow into it.
