I love the look of a basic cable on pretty much anything. And since I created a crochet earwarmer I wanted to design a knit one as a mimic!

• Size US 6 (4.0 mm) needles
• Yarn needle to weave in ends
• 3x1” leather strip or embellishment

Yardage:
• 120 yds (110 m)

Gauge:
• 30 sts and 37 rows = 4” (10 cm)
in stockinette 

Measurements:
• Adult size, brim stretches
to fit 19-23” heads
• Width is approx. 3.75”

Abbreviations:
• k- knit
• p - purl
• RS - right side
• sl st - slip stitch
• WS - wrong side
• Cable abbreviation & instructions below.
