We’ve started a Sock Yarn Club and it begins on July 1st. There’s still time to sign up! We will be releasing 6 exclusive colorways over the next year with companion patterns.

More information about our club and all our yarns is available on our website: www.brendaandheatheryarns.com

The colorway Signore Roy G. Bivonacci, it’s our classic rainbow yarn (Mr. Roy G. Biv) but the yardage per color is based off the Fibonacci math sequence. Colorway shown is one of our regular stock yarns. We will be dyeing a new batch this week, get in on the pre-order and get your skein first. Whirly Twirly Sock:
Fun whirls and twirls spiral round and round this sock. The pattern includes three different sizes.

If you’re using striping yarn, like I did, I have written the pattern with a heel flap and heel turn that will not break up the striping yarn repeat on the instep of the sock. This technique is great when incorporating a contrast color for your heel area.

If you’re not worried about interrupting a striping pattern, you can continue working the sock as one normally would.
