Pattern description from Crazy Aunt Purl’s Drunk, Divorced, and Covered in Cat Hair: “Great for bad hair days. During the ‘crazy time,’ I think I wore my hat for an entire week without washing - the hat…or myself.”

Ingredients:

  • Yarn: 1 skein Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick ‘n Quick in black
  • Note: I managed to get by on 1 skein…just barely. I think I had about four feet of yarn left over. So buy 2 skeins if you can, just for peace of mind.
  • Needles: Size 10 circular needles, 16-inch length; size 11 circular needles, 16-inch length; size 11 double-pointed needles of death (not that scary)
  • Wine Selection: A fizzy Cava will help you forget your hair.
  • Accessories: Stitch marker; feline assistant (optional)

Notions: stitch marker; feline assistant (optional).
