Wieck is a tunic length pullover featuring large cable panels at the front and back with open sides which can be secured with buttons (a button-less version is also included)

The cable panel is a tribute to a small fishing village, Wieck, our family lived close to for many years: the honeycomb twist stitch cable mimics the fishing nets while the modified Trellis diamonds represents the gentle waves of the shallow bay.

  • 13 to 25 Stitch markers
  • Optional removable markers (to mark increases/decreases/cable repeats)
  • Cable needle
  • Row counter
  • Tapestry needle for weaving in ends
  • 12 Buttons (approx. 18mm. I advise finishing the garment first and then testing which button best fit the buttonhole)
