Construction

The scarf is worked first as a seamless tube using Judy’s Magic Cast On and Magic Loop, then in the round.
Stitches are picked up along the side edge to knit the hood in the round.
The hood is shaped with increase and decrease rounds and finished with a 3-needle bind off at the top.
