Yogurt Blouse

The Yogurt Blouse is a relaxed-fitting, sleeveless blouse worked seamlessly from the top down. The back and front are worked flat separately, then joined at the underarms before the body is worked in the round. The neckline and armholes are finished with a 3-stitch I-cord bind off, and the front features overlapping button bands with decorative buttons.

Finished Measurements

  • Shoulder Width: 30 (32) 34 cm / 11¾ (12½) 13½”
  • Length: 49.5 (50) 52 cm / 19½ (19¾) 20½”
  • Hem Width (laid flat): 52 (55) 59 cm / 20½ (21¾) 23¼”

The Yogurt Blouse is designed with a relaxed hem, so bust circumference is not the primary factor when choosing a size. A size with a shoulder width approximately 6 cm (2½”) smaller than your actual shoulder width is recommended.

Yarn

Other Stitch Room Crumble (100% Cotton Slub Yarn)

  • 200 g / 750 m (820 yd)
  • Approx. 250 (280) 300 g
  • Approx. 938 (1,050) 1,125 yd

Yarn substitution

Other Stitch Room Crumble is currently available only in Korea.

When choosing a substitute, look for a 100% cotton slub yarn with a similar yardage of approximately 375 m (410 yd) per 100 g. Because slub yarns vary considerably in thickness, matching the pattern gauge is more important than matching the labeled yarn weight. Swatching is strongly recommended before starting your project.
