The Willoughby Longies are the matching companion to the Willoughby Jacket. Each pattern can be purchased separately and is an individual download file.

Willoughby Longies are the perfect longies for any little one. They are designed with about 1-2” (2.5-5cm) of positive ease for a comfortable fit.

The longies are worked top down, seamlessly & in the round. They feature a ribbed waistband with an I-cord drawstring, short rows across the backside, a pinstripe pattern with a repeating circular cable along the cuffs which is flanked by garter stitch bands. The ribbed pattern offers a comfortable fit that fits well with or without a cloth diaper.

Willoughby is named for my great-grandfather. This set is a tribute to the timeless baby knits of his era, with a modern twist.
