A classic layering piece, the Willow vest is designed with a high v-neck and wide 1x1 rib trims. It’s knitted in stocking stitch with chunky yarn so it works up quickly, making it a great project for knitters of all skill levels.

It’s worked in the round, from the bottom up, with the neck and armhole trims picked up and knitted in the round.

The pattern provides easy-to-follow detailed instructions using the following techniques:
Optional Italian cast on and off, knitting in the round, knit, purl, knitting flat, decreasing, picking up stitches, cast off, invisible seaming.
