I designed this wine glass motif scarf using lace knitting. The majority of the directions are in chart form. The project will need to be blocked when completed. For a 17.5 inch scarf, I used about 700 yards of fingering weight yarn. You will also need size 4 knitting needles or whichever size looks good when you test the pattern.
