The Winter Mosaic Pillow is inspired by the weaving of shawls on a loom, with geometric figures. Particularly, these symbols are called “Andean Cross” which is the most common among the Andean peoples of South America. This symbol represents the eternity of these cultures.

This pillow is crocheted with Mosaic crochet, a colorwork technique, in 2 flat pieces, and then sewn together. This technique only uses double crochet, single crochet, and chains, and is so fun to make.

The mosaic crochet pattern is not reversible. The design will only be seen on right side of the piece.
