Winter's moon
This cheerful design is knitted with the wrong side out and turned just before the tassel is added. The tassel is knitted like a ball that is knitted to the hat as the work progresses.
The hat should rest on the head. Therefore you begin with a large number of stitches, so the edge does not get too tight. If the edge becomes too loose, place it under a moist piece of cotton and carefully steam it with very light hand and a medium warm iron.
The design is not suited for windy weather and it might be a good idea to fasten it with a few hairpins.
Enjoy yourself
All my best
