Knitting slipping stitches is fun!
You knit this scarf from the broad side, starting with a prov. CO.

It`s similar to "Wavy" Scarf, but the width of the repeat and the edge diamonds make it slightly more difficult: you need to knit two different two coloured versions of "2 out of 1" for the right and left edge. In the end you can emphasize these borders with a bright icord edge.

Depending on the material, the scarf weighs and costs differently, and the size also varies.
This one out of “Worsted” from malabrigo I`ve knitted from 200 g Colour "Black Forest" and 200 g Colour "Cactus Flower" (or "English Rose"). 120 cm x 31 cm. Knitting with needles size 5 perhaps you need more wool - I had no leftover yarn from "Black Forest". What else do you need - a long circular needle 80 - 100 cm in size 4.5 2-3m leftover yarn for prov. CO wool needles, streching matt/ needles/combs event. a hook in middle size should you try "my" CO by crochet on knitting needle, Place Markers
