I like playing with lace motifs and worsted or bulky weight yarns. The outcome of the lace in the thicker yarn is always interesting and often quite textured. This is a common lace motif and here I have added some all knit and mostly purl rows to show off the lace portion. The result was a little forest of tree-like lace sections, so I called this Wudu which is Old English for “trees or woods”.
