An elegant lace cardigan that has a simple repeating pattern and no tricky shaping. A great start for those who are interested in learning to knit lace.
There are two sizes given in the pattern, but it is very easy to adapt the length and /or width through adding or subtracting repeats of the lace pattern. This garment is deigned to be loose fitting and draped.
The pattern calls for between 850-960 metres of 4ply yarn. The example pictured is knitted in Knitsch yarn Singularity in the colour way Silver Lining. Any 4 ply works well, but the single ply of Singularity really lends itself to the flow of this pattern.
The full instruction for gauge are given on the pattern PDF, and the measurements given are for a blocked swatch.
