Yule Poncho is an oversized poncho with sleeves. It is simple and minimalistic, but it becomes more playful and fun if you add fringe.

  • Top-down
  • Double-folded neckband
  • Standard right- and left-leaning increases
  • Garter stitch edges with optional fringe

Sizes:
1 (2-3) 4-6 (7-10) 11-14 years.

Child’s chest circumference:
50 (52-56) 56-62 (62-72) 72-84 cm.

Finished body circumference:
78 (82) 93 (102) 114 cm.

Finished length:
23 (25) 29 (33) 37 cm without fringe.

Gauge:
17 sts x 23 rows in stockinette stitch = 10 x 10 cm

Suggested needles:
5 mm US 8 circular needles, 40 cm and 80 cm.
4.5 mm US 7 circular needles, 40 cm, for ribbing (double pointed needles for the smallest sizes)
