Z Twist
Designed over the course of one car ride, this scarf is a quick and relaxing way to use up a skein of your favourite yarn. Using right twists (no cables!), this scarf knits up into a delicately wispy but warm accessory that can be worn fall, winter, and spring!

Notions: Crochet hook and waste yarn for Provisional Cast-On.
GAUGE
14 sts x 28 rows to 1.75 x 4” / 4.5 x 10 cm in Patt, after blocking
For a gauge swatch, we recommend working 14 sts in Row 5–8 patt to ensure you are happy with the density of fabric created by your combination of needles and yarn.
CONSTRUCTION
Beginning with a Provisional Cast-On, a short i-cord is worked, after which stitches are picked up along the side to create a smooth edge at the first tip of the scarf. Maintaining an i-cord edge on both sides, the scarf is shaped with gentle increases and worked in a four-row pattern repeat to the desired length.
