This is a top-down shawl that is cast on at center back and striped using two colors of Rowan Alpaca Classic. The hem is knit in a 3rd color & bound off as it’s being joined - no sewing!

The measurements are about 16” high at the center back, and about 36” wide tip to tip. It’s knit by striping one ball each of the grey and black yarns until they’re used up and then knitting the hem section in mustard. It would be very easy to make it larger simply by using 2 balls each of the striped yarn; one ball would still be sufficient for the hem.
