Ribbed 2 is a collection of beginner friendly patterns. The focus of these are projects is to knit-in-the-round and offer a new knitter projects they can work on to practice their stitching and further their knitting skills.

If you are new to knitting in-the-round, I recommend starting with the cowl or handwarmers pattern. Once you’re comfortable with knitting in-the-round, the hat is a great next project. There is the added element of choosing a size to knit and incorporating decreases at the top of the hat to shape the crown.
