Knitting with DK weight yarn, so I’ll be using US3 for the brim and US5 for the body.

Casting on 120 stitches.
C1 - Zen
C2 - Dachs
C3 - Black Wolf
C4 - NBK
I didn’t exactly follow color sequence suggestion.

Knitted one extra section before starting decreases. At 120, decreases started at every 15, reducing by 1 on every odd row after that, until 8 stitched left.

Resulted in a top of 8.5” in diameter, and 6.5” deep. It wears with positive ease, and a slight slouch. My head measures 22” in diameter.

Next time, I will cast on 112 instead, and avoid the extra section repeat, OR use a US3 throughout, for a true beanie fit.
