I’d finished the gusset increases, before several factors had me put these aside (including a cross state move!) so now i have decided to start over.

ripping out and updating to Willa’s new measurements:
foot length 10 inches
ball of foot (w/neg ease) 7 3/4 inches
instep 10 1/2 (w/ neg ease) 9 1/4 inches

gauge:
8 1/2 sts & 12 1/2 rows per inch

co: 32 (16 / 16)

inc. to: 64 (32 / 32)

foot to: 5 1/2 inches (foot length - gusset/heel (56 rows) minus 1/2 inch)

gusset:
inc 24(32/56) stitches (every third row (12x3=36 rows)

heel over mid 30 (13/30/13) (10/10/10) (20 rows)

ankle:
dec away 16 sts (1 sts every row on heel flap) down to 72 total stitches around (32/40 - rearrange to 36/36) (circle pattern is multiple of 8)
