My first attempt at ‘’intarsia’ but not my best effort I have to say. I ended up doing it more as a fair isle rather than intarsia as I carried the purple yarn across the back rather than deal with carrying two strands of purple. I intend to try intarsia again by doing some argyle socks so no doubt will need to do the proper method then. They seem to have come out ok for a test item, but definitely not up to Royal Show standard!
