The curve hugging/enhancing design, is really lovely, lots of compliments from my boyfriend :)
I love Kate Davies’ paper dolls, yet find them a bit graphically loud and girly for a woman my age. I designed my own pattern, using the lopi online software “http://knittingpatterns.is/”
My intention was a modern graphic, looking vaguely like leaves.

My yarn was thicker than the one in the pattern, so I followed size 4 to correct it.

… and this will be the length of the sleeves until next autumn when I hopefully have more of the same navy wool to make long sleeves. The original Paper Dolls design is with shorter sleeves, but I’m often chilly so I’ll aim for longer sleeves.

I’m adding my pattern for the leaves, for the correct decreasing at the yoke you need to follow Kate Davies’ ‘Paper Dolls’ or your own design. In retrospect I would have spread the decrease over a larger area. For the next version :)
