The fit on this is fabulous. Even though my gauge was spot on and I had studied the schematic, I was still concerned it was going to be too tight. As soon as I was done the body I did the bands just so I could sew on the buttons and get a real idea of the fit.

I only did 3 sets of decreases on the sleeves, probably could have done one more, but I like a little more room around my forearms.

The yarn was lovely. I did not have to alternate skeins to blend them, my sleeves are exactly the same color as the body. I could not be happier with the yarn. I ordered it at NH Sheep and Wool because she did not have enough on hand for a sweater. I shall have to do more special ordering in the future, it turned out so beautifully.

I have ordered ribbon off of Etsy to reinforce the button bands.
