Found the pattern on Wayback machine, formatted it nicely, saved as a PDF, and sent it to my Kindle. Easy Peasy!

I changed the body cast on to be Judy’s Magic Cast On because I hate picking up stitches and I suck at it. So: Judy’s Magic Cast On 20, then knit stockinette for 8 rows as directed, then pick up 8 along the side, knit the 20 on the other side of the cast on, pick up 8 along the other side, and it’s nice and seamless!

Next time I will do this for the hands as well, but it was less bad with only 6 stitches to pick up.
