Notes

Cast on 47 stitches with 3.25 mm needle (large size on smaller needle for medium size).
Knit 14 rounds of ribbing, changed to 3.5 needle and knit 1 round of stockinette except the purl stitches either side of cable panel. Changed colour and started chart for large size.

Knit chart and started thumb gusset increases, will add a few more increases for my wide hand.

23-09-2024

15 stitches put on hold for thumb, extra 2 stitches each side added to hand. 4 repeats of chart (with slightly shortened ovals), before changing colour for top ribbing, 12 rounds.

Each mitt weighs about 31 grams.
