More colourwork practice planned. I have an uncle who keeps bees and he gifted me some honey and also a bees wax candle - so I want to give back and knit him a pair of bees socks.

Again plan to only make a “band” of bees after the cuff.

Finished heel turn of first sock. Quite like how the “bee band” looks, contrast could be stronger for the white part, but still ok.

Finished knitting and love how those turned out! Not sure if they will be big enough for Uncle Paul, but I am sure I will find a recipient!
