The color is not easy to photograph in my indoor lighting--a lovely dark teal--a dark blue-green variegated.
Adjustments for using worsted weight:
US 9 needles. 89 st CO, decreased as described in pattern until finished short rows and left with 81 stitches. No more decreases after this point, as my gauge was close to 5 stitches per inch. BO with US 13 needles and got a super stretchy neckline. I was able to get this easily over my 23 inch circumference head, thanks to using the big needles to BO.
