Notes

I have knitted the sleeve flat and the body in round on the ribs part. Then worked it flat until shoulders.
For the necklace, I choose to pick up stitches all around the neck. I had to work on 135 st. Then bind off with a crochet.
I had to sew: sleeves at the body and to close them, only a side of the body and the necklace.
