After swatching, I decided to use 1 strand of cashmere and 2 strands of mohair. The mohair is darker/bluer green, and the second strand reduces a bit the “olive” green of the cashmere, making it more similar to my uniqlo scarf. I should hopefully have enough yarn.

I casted on the usual invisible cast on, but the pattern starts with 2p2k which triggered my overthinking, as usually my cast on is made to start with 2k2p. Eventually I used this video as a base: https://youtube.com/watch?v=vXKXPbM3BSE and moved the BOR by 1 st to start with the 2p.

I didn’t have enough yarn.
Had to wait for more (luckily they had the same color bath), in the meantime I left italy so I couldn’t access the yarn for a few weeks.
The past weekend I went back and was able to retrieve the yarn and finish the beanie!

It looks very cute, but with the ribbing it ends up being very thick, not sure I look too good wearing it.
