I think this will be my Christmas cast on two_hearts

24.12.2025 Cast on on Christmas Eve! I thought I had it all figured out colourwise but no. I have been struggling with the contrast between the gray and the blue. I want the pattern to be visible but with my first yarn choices it was almost almost nonexistant! Now I’ve finally understood that the only choice was to use the lightest blue I could find in my stash! Originally I rejected it as too pale to show up. smile
27.12.2025 Happy knitting so far! I have knit about 20 rounds and I love the result.
28.12.2025 I have knit 38 rounds of chart 1. The white flower started, just a few rounds.
02.01.2025 The yoke charts are done. I also separated the sleeves.
18.01.2026 I have finished two sleeves and the yoke (+10 rows).
So almost ready (smile).
The sleeves took about 61g of MC yarn
09.02.2026 Just bound off the hem. (about 28 cm from the armhole)
10.02.2026 I knit the neckband only for 7 rounds, but I may reconsider making it taller. I will block it first.
