Not sure if I should continue the double decrease on the row where I’m k5 m1 through the whole row…
probably… just worried as again I can’t visualize the finished product as I’m in process.

4-13-13 I thought it would be a good idea to pick up stitches knit on one side,purl on the other (next row). That did make the increases match but messed with the garter pattern on that side… so it helped determine which side was out!
Picture is of the bonnet on my 4-yr-old son. I currently have it in the dryer, to see if I can make it a little smaller fingers crossed

Added I-cord loop (size 2) and button for closure. Put the closure on the bottom of the front of the bonnet… I hope that works for wearing it (versus being on the bottom part of the bonnet)
