I started looking at Michele DuNaier’s designs just a few months after I started crocheting. I loved the detail and classic feel of her work and couldn’t wait until I felt my skills were ready to give her patterns a try.

This is the second pattern that I’ve worked up. It is just gorgeous. The 8 row repeat was easily memorized but kept my attention. And the saw edges are gorgeous.

This was my first time working with lace weight yarn. A bit more attention is required, but well worth it.

I did 132 rows and then the sawtooth edging. I did not do either row of the border along the long edge.

I blocked pretty heavily, pinning each sawtooth 3 times and each bauble at the beginning of the single crochet rows.

Love, Love. The pictures don’t do her justice.
