I have a lot of lovely DK yarns from madelinetosh, and when reorganizing my yarn drawer, I realized they all play so nicely together.

I am getting rid of an IKEA lap blanket due to being allergic to the fibers (boooo), and because of that void, a multicolored DK lap blanket project was born.

Cast on 225 stitches with a size 7 circular, and am currently 4 colors in.

Jan 30- I’ve finished a few skeins, and for the most part, I only have small amounts of colors left to go. It’s around 4 x4 right now but I’m hoping it will wind up rectangular. So the end is in sight!

Feb 24- I’m done! I’m done! Only with knitting and kitchener stitch though :/ Now I must endure the arduous process of weaving in 150(?) ends.

March 11 - about 100 ends left to go. I think the actual count is 104 remaining. Suckkkkss. So I’m just ignoring them and using the blanket anyway.
