This is my first time trying out an ornament cover like this, I ordered a kit from the designer’s website and I’m very glad I did! It’s not perfect but I think the end result is beautiful. These work up fast, perfect for last minute gifts or ornament swaps! Impress your non-hooking friends! lol

I will say that if there were charts these patterns would be just about perfect. I also wish there had been more detailed instructions for pulling the top closed but it is easy enough to figure out or at least rig it so it works. lol

This is also my first time using Twilley’s Goldfingering. I love the stretch but beware if you’re a crocheter that pulls a lot off while you work, it will twist on itself. But maybe that’s just my bad habit. lol The thread is super sparkly which I loveeeeeeeeeee!

I’m very excited to see this on the tree this year, I think the lights bouncing off of it will make it magical!
