Decided I’m going to change the white border to either black or gray. The white is lovely but will need washing too often, and this is not superwash wool. Time to start ripping out….

Still undecided about the white borders. However, will continue to frog the white borders while I figure out what to do. I do like the white, just not so much of it. Seriously considering just two rows of knit (1 garter ridge) then Icord joining in white instead of black join. Or maybe joining with a medium to dark gray? Sigh. I don’t know.
In the meantime, I will continue making the center blocks. And I will wet-block the squares as I make them (which I should have done from the beginning). Now where are the blocking boards…..
