Notes

Using fingering weight yarns.
I think the purple is ITW, but I’m not positive.

Clue 1
I did the garter stripe option. Instead of ribbing I did 8 rounds of reverse stockinette then joined it to the prescribed pick up round with round 1 of the next clue.

Clue 2
I’m doing the stripe body. The purl rounds were annoying me.

Clue 3
My reading comprehension seems to be failing me more often since my bout with Covid in August. I cast on 12 stitches for the beard even though I’m knitting a medium twice. 2 beards for choices.

Clue 4
I did both noses. I may redo the round nose with the smaller needles because it is rather large now.

I did the plump hands.

I put magnets in each nose, hand and one under the beard where the nose should be.

I’m declaring him done though he says he needs a red nose, some removable hat decorations and a wig so he can dress as a clown.
